I am an Asian-American professional photographer. My wife and I work together as a team to visualize, plan, and create the images you see herein. While I focus on photography and turning images into art, my wife is a location scout, set and clothing stylist as well as a makeup and hairstylist. In other words, she does all the hard work! We have been married for over 35 years. As our children grew up they actively participated in our shoots around the world. They worked as assistants, hair stylists, makeup artists, and carried our equipment in their luggage in exchange for free trips and food!

I taught myself photography while in college majoring in graphic design. I then took a detour away from the arts completing a bachelor’s then a master’s degree in business followed by a stressful but successful career. When my father passed away in 2007 he left me his cameras. After purchasing my first digital body, a Canon 5D MK2, I used his older lenses and picked up where I left off years earlier. Since then my wife and I have been exploring and developing our style as we travel around the world meeting and working with many other creatives who love making art together.
